Our work complies with all relevant regulations, standards and procedures.  Our management and supervising staffs have the correct qualifications and necessary experience to make sure all work complies to legislation and provide client specifications. We also use outside consultants where the job requires additional expertise. Operational We strive to provide the best service all the times. Job completion dates are very important to us as part of our service. We will as far as possible deliver on time. Where this is not possible, we will keep the client fully informed. We will provide work schedules and progress reports as often as required by the client. We do our own on site, risk assessments involving all personnel that will be participating. We also prefer to have inputs from the clients appointed officials. Also see our Health & Safety Policy We do our work according to our and the client Safety, Health and Environmental Policies.  All our staff will be issued with all the relevant and client specified safety and personal protective equipment. We can, if required, provide the client with a daily ‘Job Report’. This provides the following information: (The f orm can be modified to suit the clients specific needs) o Task Analysis o Safety Topic / Discussions o Site Instructions / Remarks o Material Used o Personnel on site that day, including work times Detailed measurement documentation will be provided to the client at the end of the project or any time in- between if so required. We have the necessary equipment to do the job correctly. We strive to provide a quality service at an affordable price. Quality When doing work, it is important to provide detailed quality control documentation. We test all installations according to industry accepted and regulatory practices. We provide our client with detailed test certificates and installation documentation. In cases where a Certificate of Compliance to regulations is required, we use a third party inspector to issue the certificate. This helps insure complaints and client satisfaction. When doing larger projects we employ a dedicated QC/QA team that reports directly to the client. In order to insure the safety of persons using the installation after completion a good quality control programme and standards are not negotiable.
